He has worked at food manufacturers and seasoning companies, leading product development for restaurant and ready-to-eat food businesses. He has been involved in more than 2,000 product development projects and conducts field research by visiting and evaluating over 100 food establishments annually.
Leveraging his extensive experience in food product development and advanced culinary skills, he currently serves as a Director at KIBO Co., Ltd.
