After graduating from university, he moved to the United States to study the food business. While working at a well-known local delicatessen, he earned a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, gaining hands-on experience in food service and customer engagement.
After returning to Japan, he worked in the premium food retail sector as a buyer, marketer, and planner. Drawing on both his experience at U.S. delicatessens and his professional background in high-end food retail, he currently serves as a Director at KIBO Co.,Ltd., contributing to business strategy and product development.
