Yuki Shinagawa
After graduating from Nagoya University, she worked at Rakuten in sales, marketing, and new business development, and later engaged in digital transformation (DX) initiatives at Salesforce. After obtaining a certified chef license, she founded KIBO ​​Co.,Ltd. in 2022, focusing on the sales of regional specialty products and new product development. She currently serves as an EBPM and information strategy expert for the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, a branding advisor for prefectural governments, and a DX advisor for Niigata City. Leveraging her PMP® certification and culinary expertise, she integrates marketing and food to enhance the value of regional resources.

Takuya Sasaki
After working at food manufacturers and seasoning companies, he led product development for restaurant and ready-to-eat food businesses. He has been involved in more than 2,000 product development projects and conducts ongoing market research by visiting and evaluating over 100 food establishments each year. Leveraging his extensive experience across diverse food categories and his culinary expertise, he currently serves as a Director at KIBO Co., Ltd.

Kayoko Maeda
After graduating from university, he moved to the United States to study the food business. While working at a well-known local delicatessen, he earned a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management. After returning to Japan, he worked in the premium food retail sector as a buyer, marketer, and planner. Leveraging both his experience at U.S. delicatessens and his professional background in high-end food retail, he currently serves as a Director at KIBO ​​Co.,Ltd.
