Naohiro Akiyama
Akiyama graduated from École Culinaire Kunitachi at the age of 19 and built his early career at French restaurants in Tokyo. In 2012, he joined WELCOME Co., Ltd., where he served as a chef for DEAN & DELUCA, overseeing kitchens at major locations and contributing to the launch of The ARTISAN TABLE. As Executive Product Planning Chef, he led menu and new product development across the brand. Since 2021, he has expanded the possibilities of food through collaborative events with chefs from diverse culinary genres. He currently serves as Executive Chef at KIBO, acting as a rare food director who integrates flavor, marketing, and brand strategy into comprehensive culinary concepts.
